Analysis of the aging cause of bag dust collector

The pulse cloth bag dust collector is mainly caused by the following reasons, the cause must be investigated, the elimination measures should be taken and the dust filter bag should be replaced. Dust removal equipment manufacturers, 1. Hardening and shrinking due to abnormal high temperature; 2. Reaction due to vapor contact with acid, alkali or organic solvent; 3. Reaction with moisture. 4. The filter cloth should not be hung too loose or too tight. If it is too loose, it will easily accumulate dust, and if it is too tight, it will easily be damaged. 5. The old bags of the new process should not be mixed, to avoid the different damage time and affect the normal operation of the dust removal equipment. 6. After replacing the cloth bag, blow it with compressed air first, and then check for broken holes. If the broken holes are repaired, leave them for replacement. If the bag is covered with dust, rinse it with water, dry it and leave it for replacement.

The structure and working principle of bag dust collector:

  It consists of the following four parts:

  1. Upper case: including dust collector cover, rotating cover removal device, clean room, bag changing inlet, observation hole, and air outlet.

  2. Middle box: including flower plate, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber barrel, air inlet, inlet door.

  3. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star-shaped ash discharge valve, and support.

  4. Anti-blowing dust cleaning mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, split-circle anti-blowing mechanism, circulating air pipe, anti-blowing tube, anti-blowing machine, rotary arm deceleration mechanism.
