1 Poor adjustment of cleaning device

   Check the quality of the compressed air, whether it contains oil or water; check whether the air supply pipeline is smooth; check whether the pulse solenoid valve works normally, whether the tightening bolts are loose, the diaphragm is damaged, and the solenoid coil is loose; whether the valve core is stuck; sequence Whether the setting of the controller meets the requirements and whether it has been changed; whether the jet branch pipe and Venturi pipe are installed accurately;

2 The filter bag is clogged

   The main reasons for the clogging of the filter bag are excessive filtration speed, excessively fine dust, sticky dust, poor cleaning of the filter bag, and dampness of the filter bag.

   If the filter air speed of the dust collector operation exceeds the design standard of the filter bag, it is easy to cause the fine dust in the air flow to get stuck inside the filter bag fiber. Thereby clogging of the filter bag. It is a better method to use membrane-coated filter material or pre-coat a protective powder layer on the surface of the filter bag.

   For high-viscosity dust, you need to reduce the filter gas velocity, or increase the pressure of pulse injection, or use the offline pulse to clean the filter bag, but the better method is to increase the filter area to reduce the filter gas velocity and extend The service life of the filter bag.

   The poor cleaning of the filter bag mainly includes frequent cleaning and long cleaning time. Excessive ash cleaning frequency can easily loosen the fiber structure of the filter bag and increase the fine dust in the exhaust gas to block the filter bag. If the ash cleaning time is too long, the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag will be washed away.

   If the dust cleaning time is too short, and the dust on the surface of the filter bag has not been completely cleaned, the filtration will be started immediately. The dust will gradually accumulate on the surface of the filter bag, which will cause the filter bag to become clogged. Adjust for trial operation.

   The reason for the dampness of the filter bag: the compressed air used for cleaning is too cold. In order to prevent the filter bag from being damp, in the cold area, the compressed air used for cleaning can be increased in heat preservation, heating, oil removal and water removal, and the cleaning can continue for 10 ~ 20 minutes after the dust collector stops. Moisture is the biggest cause of filter bag clogging. The cause of moisture content is usually condensation at low temperatures, especially when dealing with combustion or high-temperature flue gas. The following methods can be used to prevent such situations:

① Avoid improper startup

② Avoid starting when the resistance of the dust collector is high;

   Turn on when it is below the dew point;

   After the dust collector stops, restart the filter bag when there is condensate on the surface of the filter bag. In this case, a large amount of dusty air enters, and high humidity will cause the filter bag surface to become muddy.

   In order to prevent this situation, the dust-containing air at the inlet of the dust collector should be preheated, or the dust layer should be pre-coated.

③ Turn on below dew point

   Dust collectors running below the dew point are prone to problems. If the air intake is unevenly distributed, it is easy to cause local corrosion of the dust collector shell. Therefore, the dust collector should be avoided to work below the dew point, and devices with insulation should be used.

④ Air infiltration

   Air infiltration often occurs in the flange of the dust collector, the maintenance door or the movable device of the dust collector. If the seal is not tight, the outside air enters the dust collector,

   When dealing with high-temperature exhaust gas, a low-temperature zone will be generated inside the dust collector, which will cause condensation at low temperature, corrode the dust collector, and cause the filter bag to get wet.

3 Improper gas distribution

   If the inlet gas of the dust collector is unevenly distributed, a large resistance will occur when the dust collector is turned on. Therefore, the air intake of the dust collector should be evenly distributed.
